D3 – The 3-30-300 Principle: Realizing the Total Value Proposition

The most expensive part of any company’s financials are people. Yet, when companies look at justifying investments in the workplace, they tend to only focus on ROI from reductions in energy and operational costs. The real potential for making real estate more valuable is by understanding actual use of space, designing space around the needs of the employees, and creating a workplace that makes employees happier and more productive. This session will explain the 3-30-300 Principle which redefines the way companies measure “real estate” value across a broader spectrum.
